Gibson's Bookstore in Concord, NH

amanda russell
Join Poetry Society of New Hampshire for an afternoon of verse! This month’s headliner is Amanda Russell. A poetry open mic will follow Amanda’s reading. Bring your favorite poem to read, or something you’ve been working on, or come with appreciative ears to listen! Tell a friend, as we seek to regrow our poetry community meetings in New Hampshire and at Gibson’s. This event is free and open to the public.

Bio: Amanda Russell is a poet and stay-at-home mom. Her debut poetry chapbook, Barren Years, was published by Finishing Line Press (2019). Her poems have appeared in Trailer Park Quarterly, First Literary Review- East, EcoTheo Review, South Florida Poetry Journal and the anthology mightier: poets for social justice. Masks are strongly encouraged but no longer required for vaccinated attendees. We can’t predict the future course of the pandemic, so Gibson’s reserves the right to institute masking and/or vaccination rules for this event as circumstances dictate.
