Happy Valentine's Day!
|
We hope you can join us this Tuesday at 7:00 PM ET to interact with poets whose poems were published in The Poets Touchstone. Part I, last week, was much enjoyed. This is a great opportunity to get to know the poets in the Poetry Society.

Jimmy's Bits
- Here is a link to the Manhattan Short Film Festival. The tickets are $11 to watch online. I cannot recommend it enough. Seven films from seven different countries. As always, they are a great testament to human dignity and human failing. You have to watch before February 20. You can vote for the best film. If you vote, let me know what you voted for. They were all excellent. I have watched them every year for many years now. Before COVID, I used to go in person to watch them. Always a pleasure for film lovers. https://manhattanshortonline.com/
- Don't forget the First Line Project. I have accumulated a great list of interesting first lines, which will be announced at our Down Cellar Poets event in March. So get your suggestions in by the end of February if possible. Everyone is welcome to submit. Let me know if you are not sure how to do it.
