Join the Poetry Society of New Hampshire on Wednesday July 16, 2025, from 4:30-6:00 pm for an afternoon of verse. This month’s headliner is Mike Linehan, with a Slam Poetry Q&A, followed by our open mic!
Mike Linehan is a writer and educator from southern New Hampshire. He has written and performed poetry at local open mics since 2011 and has become a passionate member of the slam poetry community. Currently, he is one of the organizers of Slam Free or Die, a weekly open mic based out of Manchester, New Hampshire, and was a part of their 2024 slam team. His work has appeared in As Alive Journal, Death Wish Poetry Magazine, and Wingless Dreamer, as well as his self-published poetry collection The Porch Light in 2023 and his chapbook Affirmations of Sin in 2025.
