Mountain Man Handpan was established in 2018 with the goal of creating the highest expression of functional steel art for the New England community. The instrument called handpan was invented in the year 2000 by two artists in Switzerland under the name PanART Hang. In the short years since its inception the number of builders has blossomed to several hundred with about 20 here in the USA. I look to inspire the next generation of musicians while carrying forward the intention of the original creators. Join us at NAV Arts on June 19th and experience the serene sounds of a Mountain Man Handpan. You can stay connected with us on our Instagram, YouTube, and direct on our website MountainManHandpan.com
