The form to reply to the Quarterly meeting states date of the previous Quarterly meeting. I did receive an email for that one in July but did not for this one in October. I sent a response on the form and hope it gets through.

Comments to posting of October quarterly meting: Thank you for posting the contents, and from those contents I have two questions. If the Society is for, and about, New Hampshire poets, why is The Touchstone publishing poems by writers from other locations?
And, the board says it wants to reach out to more people, especially in centers like Concord, Manchester and Nashua. But those all all in the southern part of the state; what about the eastern part, Portsmouth? The west: Hanover? The north: Plymouth or Littleton? Not as populated as the south, true, but add a plus: Portsmouth in the summer and all it has to offer; autumn and the west or north with its foliage; then the south in the winter. These changes would truly take the society to the poets of New Hampshire.
